Standard Timber Frame kits are an economical way of building a Timber Frame structure. There are several models currently available with a number of models  in the design stage. 16x24 timber frames come with a complete set of engineered plans to facilitate the process of obtaining a building permit. 8x12 frames make great garden structures or bunkies and do not require a building permit in many areas ( Please check with your local authorities).
